About the Author
Dr. John Cook is a Registered Psychologist (#1025) in the Province of British Columbia, and both the principal and founder of Aegis Psychological Services in Victoria. He developed and recorded this series of CDs based on what he found worked well with clients in nearly 30 years of clinical practice. He would like to acknowledge his clients whose input was invaluable to the process of refining and perfecting these audio recordings.
